My longstanding trust in Barcode Factory was reaffirmed in my recent experience. A quick online chat led me directly to my account manager, who efficiently offered a recommendation and a follow-up quote. The product arrived within days and has been performing perfectly—a completely seamless process from start to finish.

Jen D has been a great help to me and my team! She is quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help with finding solutions, even when they are not straight forward!

I ordered a label online and reached out to customer service regarding the shipping/completion date. I received an immediate response from Jen that they were waiting for a part to arrive before production could begin. There was no specific lead time that Barcode was able to provide as to when they could ship my labels. Instead of providing me with a false ETA, I received full transparency. Jen stuck with me for all updates and truthful information she could provide.

Working with Jen has been more than just a typical vendor-rep experience — it’s felt like having a true partner who genuinely cares about our success. She doesn’t just respond to emails or process orders; she anticipates our needs, checks in on stock items without being prompted, and always follows through with care and precision. In a fast-paced environment where things can easily fall through the cracks, Jen brings a level of consistency and commitment that provides peace of mind. Her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile have had a real impact on our workflow. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with heart the way Jen does. I’m incredibly thankful for her support and proud to work with someone so reliable, thoughtful, and driven.

Jen is great with quick responses and even let me know that i needed to order chargers separately and when i did so she added them to my original order so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping twice!

The customer service is fantastic. I can always find exactly what I need by chatting with a representative on the website. The shipping is quick and the prices are reasonable.
