Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We truly appreciate having you as part of the Base Camp Trading community! — Debbie Base Camp Trading Support Team Lead --------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Craig, We’re very sorry for your frustration. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we’re happy to work with you to get these issues resolved. I will be reaching out to you personally via email so I can work with you directly and help resolve your issues to your satisfaction. We understand that reaching us by phone can be difficult due to the high volume of support requests we receive. This is why we ask clients to email us so we can respond to every request in the order it is received, even when we’re unable to provide an immediate response. The Pro TradingRoom App is third-party software, so we have limited control over how it functions, including its requirement to log in through the desktop version every two weeks. We are continually in contact with the app provider to help improve our clients’ experience. I look forward to working with you to reach a resolution you’re satisfied with. — Debbie Base Camp Trading Support Team Lead
