I changed my mind the next morning and called the corporate office. Now I got off the phone with them threatening to put a lean on my house

They took a $10,000 deposit and haven't started construction on a bathroom remodel 6 months after contract was signed. Will not return emails or phone calls. They stole 10k and brining them to court is the only option left to get a deposit returned after zero work was done. Horrible. Crooks and scam artist. Stay far away.

We signed our contract in January 2023 and explained we were having company in May. “Oh, this is only a three day project“. Delays began with obtaining permit; wrong pan ordered due to incorrect measurement; wrong size door ordered & installed (3/4 size) that had to be reordered & replaced. Had to wait several more weeks for the installer to finish job he was on. Finished project in September 2023 - NINE months late! Do not recommend this company!!

I would like them to come out and finish the project they started. They got my money last March and here I am with a shower that has been torn apart for almost three months. Won't return my called so how am I going to get it done. I am ready to file a lawsuit. If anyone else is let me know

I had 4 bath companies come out for a free quote.This company was the most expensive,and use disgusting sales techniques too. They quoted my wife $19K for a XL walk in shower with upgraded walls,and a shower rod. No thank you.

Seriously whatever you do, do NOT choose this company for your bathroom remodel. I have never dealt with customer service or installation of a project this unprofessional and honestly horrible. The sales pitch is very forceful, but they show great pictures of remodels and emphasize how they ensure it is done in one day. That is the main selling point. They do the measurements and set up an installation date for you, and promise it can get done soon. Then when they absolutely destroy your plumbing, completely mess up measurements so they have to come back and do it again, and have an incredibly rude installer fix your items and leave your house trashed, they have the audacity to say that they owe you nothing and we should be grateful that they fixed THEIR MISTAKES for no additional charge. They literally destroyed our plumbing, water pressure, and measured wrong so had to reinstall the panel. And then when we spent hours on the phone with them about this, they finally agree to fix it. But they will send out crotchety workers who will give you the run around about fixing it, and constantly need new repairmen to fix the issues. Then, even though you haven’t been able to use your shower (and sink) for weeks, they say they don’t owe you anything and will not adjust the price. This is the most insane company I have ever dealt with. Please, please, consider using an alternate company for your services. I am 12k in debt for a shower that doesn’t even look good, and dealing with a company who does not return your calls when you have a major customer service or installation issue.

The products are made in China and they peel off the wall. Unreal spent all this money and time and had to call another company to replace it because they didn't back up the warranty and blamed me for there mistakes!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME

Never sign a contract with bath planet. They have lots of hidden agenda not favorable to customers.
