Absolutely unbelievable. I manually entered my tire size and when put my vehicle info THEY changed my tire size to what they thought fit my vehicle. A day later we lost our home in Helene and couldn't check our email and now these people are charging us hundreds of dollars for return/restock. BUYER BEWARE! And the will not negotiate this RIP off with you. Do not use this company! *** to be FAIR i went on their site again and attempted to put tire size in same way and it happened AGAIN. It CAN happen and it did.

Sue Ellen, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you've faced, and we sympathize with what you're going through. We’d like to clarify that when a customer manually enters their tire size we have no way of switching without informing the customer. Regarding the return and restocking fees, we understand that the circumstances were challenging for you. Our policies are in place to ensure fair processing for all customers. Thank you, BB Wheels

Phillip, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret to hear about your experience. Since the tires have been in use for over two years, they would need to be sent in for a warranty inspection. As outlined on our website, all warranty evaluations are conducted at the discretion of the manufacturer. Should you decide to proceed with the inspection, our customer service team remains available to assist you throughout the process. Thank you, BB Wheels

The gentleman that helped me complete my order was extremely helpful and made sure I got the right size wheels for my truck. Always called back when I left a message. Wheels and tires came in as expected.
