I purchased a set of wheels with a 5 lug bolt pattern and just as the pictures showed on the website. They sent a 10 bolt pattern that looks horrible. Now they want me to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. This company is completely corrupt. Stay far away from BBWheels.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the order was placed with a dual drilled bolt pattern. The regular return policy would be in effect because the dual drilled wheels were ordered. Thank you for being a customer, and we hope you’ll give us another chance in the future. Thank you, BB Wheels

Ide give a 5 but I haven’t received my wheels yet. I order them almost a week and a half ago but the customer service has been excellent.
