I ordered some wheels for my 22 Tacoma and got an email stating paused order call us. When I called I spoke to a gentleman named Andy. He informed me the wheels I ordered were the wrong lug size for my Tacoma. He corrected the order to the correct fitment for me and that was that. Until Andy called me again and informed me the hub size wouldn’t fit my Tacoma either. I called him back and gave him a different set of wheels I was wanting. He double checked everything was correct and would fit while I was on the phone with him he then changed my order and saved the day! This is the first time I’ve bought wheels for a stock vehicle but I thought how great is it that they called and emailed me to inform me of an issue, then quickly fixed it. I feel most places would just send out your parts and make you figure it out on your own. Not BBWheels, I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to do some upgrades. ( I work for a dealership so all clients will be recommended as well) Thank you BBWheels and thank you Andy!

They have the worst customer service and warranty, their warranty is ridiculous.

Carlos, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. It does look like our customer service team did give you warranty information for your TPMS sensor. If you would like to continue with this, please reach back out. Thank you, BB Wheels
