Worst experience!!!!!! They sent me the wrong color and size and their solution was to give me 500.00 refund wand would not do anything else. I had to order the right size for the rear wheels straight from the manufacturer…. The reply from them below is bs! They made me take the credit as when I called them they stated that’s the best they are willing to offer! They sent to e wrong color and size and they thought that was going to get rid of me.

Jamie, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. It looks like the offer of the $500 was satisfactory by your request. Once the merchandise was mounted and balanced, we and the manufacturer can not take it back. Once again we do apologize for missing the mark on your service. Thank you, BB Wheels

Going above and beyond is what I've come to expect from BB Wheels. From their pro-n-polished customer service, on-time delivery, and money-saving prices, to their timely shipping updates, quick e-mail response times and knowledgeable staff, the folks at BB wheels make it easy to do business. This is my second hassle-free shopping experience with BB Wheels, and with a hot-rod wife who loves to hot-rod rubber with her hot-rod MB AMG, it won't be my last.

They are selling products sight unseen. If that product is inferior and not what you want, they charge $25% what they refer to as restocking fee and you pay shipping back. It cost me $600 to return a $945 order. I feel scammed. 😪 Eveeything I stated is 100% true. I told your tepsvthevproductveas not to my standards amd was inferior, they did not care, immediately told me I would needcto pay restocking fee and shipping fee. Said I could not return unless I did first Was forced to PAY. NOW YOU LIE TO PROTECT YOURSELVES

Dale, We do apologize if you feel like you have been misled in any way. I had a chance to look over your order, and it seems like there were no issues, besides that you wanted to simply return the products. At the time of checkout, it was disclosed to you that a 25% restocking fee would be applied for all returns. You even offered to pay for restocking fees in your email communication with our Customer Service team. Once your items are returned, we will be refunding your order minus the restocking fee which you purchased on 12/6. Thank you, BB Wheels
