Nice and quick support. Esim from bcengi worked great in France and Italy from my previous trip !

I had my Oppo phone stolen and Leisel at Bcenji disabled and removed the esim from the phone and set up a new esim for my replacement phone, all done in an extremely professional manner and very quickly, a great service to me during the stressfull time I am having trying to sort out other matters about the stolen phone.

The automated services quickly and accurately and then when they transfer to a live person it works seamlessly and effectively. Such great service.

Customer service people were very helpful and patient. I had some issue getting it to work with a mobile router/pocket wifi. I had a solution within hours.

Really helpful customer support, answered all my questions and concerns, helped me install the SIM and given the type of product they supply with no expiry dates, auto refills and support across multiple countries, hopefully this will be the one and only eSIM I will need for all future travels.

Just used bcengi the first time, and had a few questions. Had a chat with Clarice, who clarified all my concerns. The loading and activation worked smoothly. The best thing is that I'm able to test it at home and then turned it off and will turn it on when will be on the trip.
