Great product. The only reason i couldn’t give the 5 stars, is because delivery was late. It was meant as a birthday present, and although i had ordered well ahead, and delivery was promised, it still missed the birthday by one day…

Hello Rachelle! Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late delivery of your order. We understand how important it was for your item to arrive on time for the birthday celebration, and we are truly sorry for falling short of your expectations in this regard. Unfortunately, not everything depends on us, and we cannot influence the process of delivery. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Hello! We are very sorry for the misunderstanding, but when placing the order, it only says that you did not pay any taxes to us personally because we are not allowed to charge them from you. The calculation and collection of taxes and customs duties are beyond our control and are regulated exclusively by the legislation of the receiving country. The letter sent to the e-mail address specified in the order at the time of its registration contains information about the possible need to pay VAT upon receipt. There is also information about VAT on our website. We are very sorry that you encountered such an experience, and we hope for your understanding! We do our best to create quality products and ship them quickly, but unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery process and tax collection.
