I'm a big fan! Great range of quality knives and carving tools for an honest price. Customer service is very responsive, friendly and helpful. When importing directly from Ukraine, just keep in mind long/unpredictable lead times for customs in both countries, which they have no control over of course. Ukrpohsta track&trace works well though, including handover to destination post track&trace. If timing is important to you, it may be better to look for a local reseller.

Dear Basil, Thank you so much for being a big fan of our products and taking the time to share your positive experience with us! Regarding the importing process from Ukraine, we understand that customs can sometimes introduce unpredictable lead times, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we do our best to provide accurate information and updates during the shipping process. We're glad to hear that the Ukrpohsta track&trace system worked well for you, ensuring transparency and visibility for your package's journey. We will be happy to see you again!

Man zahlt viel Zoll, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Brokeragezuschlag erst bei der Lieferung. DAS wird bei der Bestellung nicht angegeben oder darauf hingewiesen.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the customs duties and import sales tax. We understand that unexpected fees can be frustrating, but unfortunately, the calculation and collection of taxes and customs duties are beyond our control and are regulated exclusively by the legislation of the receiving country. The letter sent to the e-mail address specified in the order at the time of its registration contains information about the possible need to pay VAT upon receipt. There is also information about VAT on our website. We are very sorry for your negative experience, we make every effort to make a quality product and ship it quickly. But unfortunately, not everything depends on us, and we cannot influence the process of delivery and calculation of taxes.

I give the tool 5+ stars. The shipping link provided showed ready to ship for almost 2 weeks, then no updates. Finally received it, well packaged, no damage, just not impressed with the tracking info they use. I have other beavercraft tools, and would certainly purchase from them again.
