I have tried contacting you several times by email, phone calls and texting and no response from you. You have no customer service. I want to return the mattress, how do I start a return? I’m hoping I will get a response from you asap. But I’m very doubtful

I tried several emails to communicate on a defective topper nobody responded about my issue on it gave 48hrs to wait no help. Im in the window period of 30 days I'm not happy and overall. I just want a refund. purchased on August 11th 2023. Warm Regards, John Dehoney

I didn't like not getting a receipt right away but when I contacted CS, they got a hold of me right away and sent me one. My mattress pad came in good time and I have to say, the quality of the pad is a definite 10! It was professionally packaged and I'm very happy with my purchase. I sleep so much better now and it does exactly what is advertised. I stay nice and cool and comfortable.

The mattress was delivered within time that was promised to deliver to the product. The mattress appears to be excellent quality! I purchased the 14 inch mattress. I am waiting full expansion see reaches close to 14 inch. I am happy with my purchase of this item.
