I'm sorry to hear that it didn't arrive as expected, but I'm glad to know that when it did arrive, you were able to install it in the morning and sleep in it the same night. It unfolded completely and was very comfortable, which made you satisfied.

Purchased for the bed in our RV. Cannot comment on the product to much as I have tried it only once but, the one time I did, I found it comfortable. It gave me the relief I was looking for. Does have that charcoal smell to it when you first open it but it seems to fade as time goes on.

As a hybrid mattress, I expected more support than an all foam mattress which I had previously owned. However the mattress has a curve to it where it is high in the middle and lower around the ends. I will keep it until I can't bear it.

I purchased this bed about 5 months ago. There was not an odor on the mattress thankfully. No rips or tears.We are both around 140lbs, the bed doesn’t show any signs of wear or indention at this point. I would definitely recommend ordering this mattress.

They keep delaying delivery over and over and over and over and do not respond to emails or messages. Nothing has shipped in over 2 weeks when it was promised to arrive in 4 days. Not how you treat people.

Asked technical questions about the materials used to construct one of their beds. The manager tried to say it's intellectual property. The idiot doesn't understand what intellectual property is which would be the construction. They are afraid to disclose number of coils, type of coil used, coil gauge, thickness and density of foam. Simple questions. Company lacks ethics and morals and must be hiding something.

Purchased a BedStory double mattress in November 2020. In the last month the mattress sunk on one side and have extremely uncomfortable sleeps. Tried to claim under the 10 year warranty via the BedStory website sent 2 claims and heard nothing from them. As I purchased this via ebay contacted them via ebay messaging and nothing heard from them. The warranty is effectively pointless they take your money and don't want to know. Avoid like the plague.
