Perfect. I had done my research before hand and knew the value of the gold I had. I love that they look and test each piece in front of me so I can ask questions.

I arrived early for my appointment but was seen almost immediately. They were quite busy with some high value transactions even so the person who helped me was friendly and somewhat informative. He was continually interrupted to answer questions and provide guidance to other staff members. Perhaps this lead to the quick evaluation of my items and the offer 20% lower than 2 other offers I had previously received. I have no extreme negative opinions. I thought the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and my overall evaluation average.
