I’m loving it I’m not constantly checking instagram and Facebook and it literally gives you little warnings honestly not being on my phone constantly has been an amazing thing.

The app does exactly what i need it to! It has helped cut down on my mindless scrolling exponentially!

Does exactly what it says on the tin! I already feel myself making changes and feeling mentally rewarded for them

Take back your time and life

App was good in order to get off your phone. Great app for anyone struggling restricting the screen time
