Effective tool for reducing screen time. I’ve enjoyed it so far.

Love this app. It immediately changed how I view my social media use it makes you think about it before you do it and very quickly made me realize I didn’t actually want to use it. It was just a compulsion highly recommend.

I have only been using it for 3 days but I enjoy how much it guilts me into staying off my phone

Overall it’s been a great tool. Opting in to which apps were accessible during quiet hours took a bit of trial and error, but five days in and it’s pretty smooth!

Has slowed me way down on social media . I love this app. So easy to go down the rabbit hole of scrolling. This reminds me how long i have been on.

The psychology of the app really works: people love holding on to their streak. And even though it’s easy for me to change the settings, I don’t feel the need to. The app itself is also aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. I just wish I didn’t have to pay for everything all the time but I understand, everyone’s gotta make a living!

It does help cut back. When there are longer shows, i need to get familiar with how to extend the time.
