Incredible experience to detox me from cellular

Able to control all apps

Somehow… it’s so simple but it’s working…. Simple as that

Kept me focused, but sometimes I do have issues turning it off

The only thing that has been able to slop my instagram addiction

I’m loving it I’m not constantly checking instagram and Facebook and it literally gives you little warnings honestly not being on my phone constantly has been an amazing thing.

The app does exactly what i need it to! It has helped cut down on my mindless scrolling exponentially!

Does exactly what it says on the tin! I already feel myself making changes and feeling mentally rewarded for them
