Motivation to stay off my phone

I was finding myself endless scrolling even when I could have been connecting with my children and even though I wanted to stop… I kept finding myself back on the problem apps. Deleting the apps didn’t help for long before I was downloading again or going on the webpage instead. BePresent helped me break the habit!! Brilliant app. Highly recommend.

Only screen time app that has worked for me. Mainly because of the way it limits the amount of times you open the app instead of restricting your access to a few hours. It’s the same concept but helps me actually reduce the amount of times I actually open the app and how long I stay in the app.

It definitely helps. But you have to be disciplined yourself.
