AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had booking a trip. They took my money, canceled my booking without properly informing me, and never sent my airline tickets. I was left thinking everything was confirmed until I realized I had no valid reservation. Trying to contact them was impossible—they blocked my number, and customer service was nowhere to be found. They even told me they had processed a refund, which was completely false because no refund ever arrived. If you’re considering booking through them, read the reviews first. I ignored the warnings, and I deeply regret it. Don’t risk your vacation or your money with this company.

They canceled my booking and NEVER sent my tickets while I thought I was leaving on vacation. Imagine finding out at the last minute that you have no valid reservation! To make matters worse, they blocked my phone number so I couldn’t reach anyone. They also claimed they had refunded me, but I never received a refund. I should have listened to all the other negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and money—stay far away from this company!
