Flights got canceled a month before our departure date and we were not advised or reimbursed. A week before our flights were supposed to take off I contacted customer service by phone message and live chat. Never got any return phone calls. Ended up buying new tickets the night before flight through another company.Now will fight to get back my money, Very poor customer service and will rip you off!!!

Tried to scam money out of me. Called me after booking for one price, only to tell me we are on stand by and the flight wasn’t guaranteed. I had the itinerary number as confirmation. Classic bait and switch! This number is just for them to look you up in their system to con you into paying more money for another flight. I was able to report my credit card lost to my bank, while on the phone with them! Nice try!

This is a SCAM!!!! Dont buy!!!!! They do the same thing to everyone….they give you a price and decline the ticket and they call you the next day saying the ticket expired 🤣 and they give you another new price….and you wont get your ticket!!!! NO COMPREN DE AQUI SON PURO SCAM LO QUE ESTAN ASIENDO!!! A todos le hacen lo mismo les dan un precio y le hacen decline el boleto y le marcan y le dan otro precio!

booked from this place for the first time and when i looked it showed once price & then got a call told me that it wasnt available so chose a different flight .but i am no longer going so I been calling & calling & calling, then they told me my tickets will be garantied the day before flying. NOOO. It was a terrible experience. I'm not recomeded this place to buy tickets.

I booked from this place for the first time and when i looked it showed once price & then got a call told me that it wasnt available so chose a different flight .but i am no longer going so I been calling & calling & calling , emailing & i havent gotten no assistance at all . I been on hold for over 5 hours , They clearly are no goood for help . It says 24/7 but no assistance , i will not RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE TICKETS HERE EVER AGAIN ! Something needs to be done cuz this is no okay !

Total scam. Save yourself the frustration and buy through a reputable website. I bought tickets and after a couple minutes received a call from a representative saying tickets as purchased were not available and requesting for additional payment for upgrade or changing tickets to different airline. Guy got very combative when I just instructed him to cancel reservation and refund money. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing airline tickets and I fly regularly. Not worth the “good deal”.
