Other companies I use get the product to me more quickly and dont charge for shipping.

This is the second time I’ve had to…
This is the second time I’ve had to return my unit. You keep sending me a medium wave when I requested a tight wave (not Curley). I have even sent a sample unit in with request. I am waiting on a return label as requested to Support@ hollywoodlace.com. Have not heard back.

Hi Alex, after doing some research, you have only purchased supplies from our company. There is no history of you purchasing hair from us. I believe you are addressing your concerns to hollywoodlace.com and not Best Hair System

Wrong tape
I ordered three packs of cc but what I got was more flat and straight than I have received before. If you tell me how to send them back and reorder what has always been cc, I will gladly do it a pay the shipping back. I did not open the individual packs. I think I got c if that is the one that is almost flat Thanks Bill Gibson

Order placed and shipped Sept
Order placed and shipped Sept. 11, 2023. Received item Sept. 23, 2023. Tracking had it arriving Sept. 16. Not sure what happened but guide a time between order and receipt. First time ordering have reservations about ordering again. Item was as described.
