Hi friend,
Thank you so much for your patience throughout this process, and we sincerely apologize for everything you've been through with this order.
We'd like to give you a clear summary of what happened:
The first delay was caused by weather conditions affecting FedEx's shipping schedule, which was unfortunately out of our control. For the second shipment, it appears there was a miscommunication with FedEx — they seem to have misunderstood your situation and rerouted the package back to us, rather than holding it for you as intended.
We completely understand how frustrating and stressful this whole experience has been, and we're truly sorry for the added stress it's caused you and your family.
Please rest assured: we have already reshipped your doll, and it is currently on its way to you. We will keep a close eye on the tracking and update you as soon as we have new information.
In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out at any time if there's anything specific you need or if your situation has changed — we're here to help and want to make sure this is resolved properly for you.
We also want to confirm that we will cover all shipping costs related to this issue — you will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Thank you again for your understanding, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do.
Best regards,
Max

Update on July 16, 2026(GTM+8)
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we want to thank you for taking the time to share it with us. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we'd like to take a moment to walk through what happened, in the hope of clearing up any misunderstanding.
1. First delivery attempt:
Your package was delayed several times due to weather conditions. Understandably concerned, you reached out to FedEx directly to follow up — something you had also mentioned to us. Unfortunately, it appears this led to a mix-up on FedEx's end: their system marked the package as "Refused by Recipient" and began processing a return. When we followed up with FedEx ourselves, they confirmed: "The system shows a scan record from June 15, 2026, noting that the recipient refused the package and it was entering the return procedure." We've kept the relevant records on file and are happy to share them if helpful.
We want to be very clear: this return was not something we initiated, nor something you asked for. It appears to have been entirely a misunderstanding on FedEx's part, and we're sorry it caused you extra stress and waiting time.
2. Second delivery:
Once the package was returned to our US warehouse, there was an additional delay in getting it back into our shipping queue, mainly due to time zone differences and processing speed on the warehouse side. We're sorry for the extra wait this caused — the doll ultimately arrived at your address on July 3rd.
3. Throughout this process:
We noticed your message on June 22nd, where — even while frustrated with the shipping delays — you kindly acknowledged that our team had been responsive and supportive. We were genuinely moved by your trust in us, and we want you to know that we were actively monitoring your order and doing everything on our end to help move things along, even though the weather-related delays were outside our control.
We know this experience wasn't the smooth one you deserved, and we're truly sorry for the frustration it caused. At Bestrealdoll, we care deeply about our customers and always strive to put service and quality first — and we'd love the chance to make things right with you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly anytime; we're always here and happy to help.
