Best US MovingReviews of bestusmoving.com

We used Best US Moving for a move from Hoboken to a townhouse in central New Jersey. Our apartment building required an elevator reservation, and parking near the entrance was limited. The crew called before arriving and was polite with the building staff. Loading took longer than I imagined because of the distance between the elevator and the truck, but the furniture was handled carefully. At the townhouse, we walked through the rooms before unloading. That helped most things end up where they belonged. We still had a few boxes to rearrange afterward, but nothing significant.

We had rain on the morning of our move in Allentown, and I immediately thought the day was going to be a disaster. The entrance was wet, our hallway was crowded, and we still had a few boxes open. The crew took a moment to look through the apartment and explain what they needed cleared. Once we made a path, things felt much more organized. They wrapped the furniture and took care moving through the wet entrance.I was glad they didn’t rush just because the weather was unpleasant. At the new place, we showed them the rooms before unloading, which helped keep the boxes from becoming one big pile.It was a long day, but the movers stayed courteous and our belongings arrived in good condition. The weather wasn’t something anyone could control; the care and attitude were. Very pleased with both.

Do Not Use This Company! My reviews have been removed twice for stating the truth! They loss my mattress, among other things. Was over charged after my inventory list was updated! Stay Away, the company will yes you to death & do nothing!

We used Best US moving help to move from an apartment in Jersey to a house in Virginia back in September, and I’d honestly hire them again. They arrived on time, packaged everything with moving blankets, and once we got to our new place they carried everything inside and put every single box where it was supposed to go (like kitchen boxes to the kitchen, bedroom thing to the bedroom). This was the easiest move imho. Definitely recommend!

We had packed most things ourselves but underestimated the kitchen. The movers helped us finish protecting the remaining items, and nothing broke. Being able to ask for that help without making the morning feel chaotic was a big relief. Saved my back and my weekend. Really pleased with the move. Would hire again.

Great moving company! I moved from New York to New Hampshire at the end of September, and everything went smoothly. The team was professional, careful, and efficient. All my belongings arrived safely and on time. Highly recommend!

I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia with my mom and sister. We chose this company after some friends recommended them to us. We were a little concerned about moving my mom’s workspace, but the team of three guys who came were polite, professional, and worked quickly. Everything was delivered on time, just as we agreed. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely use them again if we ever need to move. We’d also recommend them to our friends.

I moved from Philadelphia to Allentown and hired these guys to help. They arrived on time, carefully packed and loaded all my stuff, then unloaded everything exactly where I asked. They also took all the packing materials with them. Thank you, guys! I highly recommend them.
