I was pleasantly surprised by best US moving. The pricing was transparent and competitive, and the service surpassed my expectations. The shoed up on the time Worked efficiently, and treated my items as if they were their own. Highly recommended!

This company should change their name to WORST moving company. Had a terrible experience with them. The salesperson was all sugar and candy until she got the contract and the deposit. After that she refused to answer the phone as they could not deliver as promised. It was a nightmare trying to chase them for any information. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. Besides being delayed by more than 4 weeks. And should I mention that they did not mark the boxes. It was like a game trying to fugure out what was in each box. As for the broken items, I will let that pass since that is to be expected. I do not recommend this company.

We were in a bind and needed next day movers. They were efficient and wonderful from the rep Anthony on the phone to Vlad and his crew on site. It was so smooth and they never batted an eye when anything was asked. We are so grateful and highly recommend Best US Moving!
