Better2KnowReviews of better2know.com

Have used service on numerous occasions, Louise and the staff absolutely fantastic. I would, and have recommended Service to work colleagues on many occasions. Thanks again Ian

I have dealt with the company since January as need Covid tests every 7/8 weeks as i work for a Humanitarian Landmine Clearance Company working in Iraq. Louise has been fantastic with me as getting getting the test kits out to my home address from London to Cornwall straight away. The communications between Louise and myself has been straight forward and any questions i needed had been answered straight away. I cannot recommend this company strong enough. Thank you Louise.

I was looked after by the most charming and efficient lady called Giulia. She knew how to answer all my questions, was extremely patient with me when I kept asking them again! Travelling in these times is so nerve wrecking and Giulia was so reassuring that I was able to feel confident about my trip. I couldn’t recommend the service more…. Especially if you are lucky enough to have Giulia on the line.

Before returning to the UK, I heard a lot of horror stories about some of the companies offering testing services. It seemed to me that a lot of them had just been started overnight to make a quick profit. In hope of avoiding those dodgy companies, I did a lot of research and figured that Better2Know would be the best choice as this type of service is actually their normal business. That assumption was proven right as everything ran very smoothly and they were very timely and professional. If you're looking for a reliable provider for the day 2 and day 8 testing, I would highly recommend Better2Know.

Really impressed with the speed of turnaround. Sent my test on Tuesday 4pm Royal Mail collection. Awoke to results by email on the Thursday morning. Excellent

You are given a lot of choice for testing, and I chose Better2Know because they are a group which specialized in home testing before the pandemic. I wasn't disappointed. They send you the kits perfectly in time with clear direction, and when it came to the question of testing over a weekend before a flight they worked out the best way for me to do this. They were excellent, they helped me a lot on an area I had no clue, and the next time I travel I'll be using them. Wholly recommended.

We have been using this company for our engineers and directors to travel abroad throughout the pandemic. They have been brilliant. I think in nearly all circumstances we have had the result back before 10pm on the day the test arrives at the lab. And as long as you use the priority NHS stickered post boxes the delivery is next-day before 1pm. The service is that good I have felt compelled to write a 2nd review.

Absolutely amazing! Test kit can be tracked easily, excellent customer service and fast test results. Highly recommend!
