Everything was so quick and easy. From the get go, Brent was super lovely and helpful on the phone - very efficient. They made sure I got the correct treatment as quickly as possible and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend better2know!

I paid Better2Know Canada for blood testing and have now had my sample lost twice, with no results delivered. The entire process has been poorly coordinated. Despite advertising laboratory appointments, the contracted lab operates on a walk-in basis, sometimes requiring waits of up to two hours. Staff appear unfamiliar with the testing arrangements and sample shipping procedures. After each lost sample, I was assured the laboratory would contact me to arrange another collection. Neither time did this happen. I have repeatedly had to follow up myself. This has been an extraordinarily frustrating and time-consuming experience. The problem extends well beyond two lost samples and reflects a serious breakdown in coordination, communication, and service delivery. I have formally requested a full refund and have no intention of attempting a third collection. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Way over priced, sended to random clinic payed 150 just to pee in the cup no treatment no doctor, worst experience ever. Dont use this service better find normal clinic with real specialists

The test you selected is a urine test, so a urine sample is required for the laboratory to carry out the testing. Once your sample has been received and tested, your results are securely provided through your private patient area. If your result is positive and you require further support, we can then arrange a consultation with a doctor to discuss the result and any appropriate next steps. This is the standard process for urine-based laboratory testing, but I’m sorry if this was not clear when you booked your test.
