I contacted Better2Know for the premium 24-hour turnaround Fit-to-Fly RT-PCR COVID-19 test after another company lost my kit. I was desperate and panicking. Ms Louise Wright was in constant contact throughout and the service was extremely professional and rapid. The live chat on the website was also exceedingly useful. The kit arrived within 2 days despite it being right after Christmas. I posted it off but it was collected late by Royal Mail due to snow in my area. My samples were received the next day at 7:30 am. I got my results and certificate at 15:08 the same day. I have one less thing to worry about while I travel now. Highly recommend. Pricey but worth it.

From the explanations to the communication with me have been great. I will certainly use them again to get my COVID test prior to leaving the country to re-join my ship.

Very professional service. I had many changes to my itinerary which Louise dealt with calmly and efficiently. With covid-19, travel is a lot more complicated and this was the most seamless and efficient part of the whole process. Test delivered when stated and results returned within 48 hours.
