Awful, they are a SCAM. Refused to refund me 175 euro after they were unable to provide me with a response to the swab due to "the samples not reaching the laboratory in good conditions". Do not ever give them any of your money as you won't get it back even if they are unable to provide with the service due to them being completely incompetent. ROBBERS

SCAM COMPANY. Terrible company with false reviews on their site. My home antigen still hasn’t arrive and was “dispatched” on 6th sep 2022, it still hasn’t arrived 19/9/22. I am not back from my holiday. The company will not refund me the cost because I bought a non refundable kit. This shouldn’t matter when the product I ordered NEVER ARRIVED. MAYBE THIS IS THEIR SCAM!!!!

Completely awful service - a test brokerage service. Not a health care provider as they don't care. Dr was late to start with. I had drunk about 3 litres of water that day but after stabbing my fingers with his Lancet about 10x he declared he "could not get blood" and there was "something wrong with the quality of the lancets the company provides". Then started saying "I'm a medical doctor this is usually a nurses job". Eventually managed to take blood with a cannula after lacerating my finger tips to shreds. The test for HSV was negative but when I went to see a specialist the following day the very good and competent NHS doctor diagnosed me on the spot and prescribed an antiviral and said that they never use the Antigen tests as they are very inaccurate. This company is using third party doctors clearly with no or inadequate quality control (can't even draw blood properly or turn up on time) and esseniatlly fleecing people with tests rather than providing considered care. Save your money and go to an NHS GUM clinic or a private clinic with credible doctors who will talk to you, examine you, test and treat you appropriately and give relevant advice.

I paid for a 'standard' 48 hour PCR pre travel screening service. The result took 5 days. Despite several phone calls and emails they refused to expedite the service, apologise or refund their fee, just the usual "due to circumstances beyond our control" blah, blah. I was fortunate enough to obtain a last minute test from a genuine provider at considerable extra cost otherwise my travel plans would have had to be cancelled together with the substantial loss of earnings etc; that would have entailed.

Asked trustpilot to remove a perfectly valid review of my own genuine experience, tried to accuse me of incorrectly submitting my tests, when the delays were solely on their side. I guess they try to do this with all 1 star reviews to mask their true performance.

UPDATE: Better2Know tried to have this review banned but I provided evidence of my communication with them to TrustPilot who allowed the review. Is this bullying tactics rather than fixing the issue? Would you trust them with your personal data? ORIGINAL REVIEW: WARNING your personal data shared without your consent I have been communicating with this company over a test and they told me that they have sent my data to other agencies. Nowhere on their website or test page do they tell you this. Their privacy policy does list data sharing with partners 'partners required to deliver the products or services you have requested, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies' However they told me that they also share your personal data with Government agencies without your permission. Who else might they be sharing / selling it to? I cannot not recommend any company which shares personal data (medical related or otherwise) without asking for your permission first. I strongly suspect that this may not be legal on their part. Note this is also on their other trustpilot account

We ordered our Day 2 tests well in advance and upgraded to PCR as soon as we were instructed to do so. We're on Day 9 and they still haven't arrived. Customer service has been really unhelpful and we are being refused a refund. I've reported them to the Coronavirus Business Complaints Service and would not recommend their services at all. Avoid at all costs!

The worst company ever! Done the test on Monday and received the results on Friday afternoon. So definitely is not a fast service and you easily can stay isolated for at least 4-5 days after arrival.
