Slick and very quick service, especially as I tried for 3 days to source a Covid year through the government website (what a joke).... however Need2know... awesome job and Margaret was awesome as well!!!!

If getting tested before we fly is to become the new normal Better 2 Know is the place to go. We booked a last minute trip to Cyprus is Sept and needed a test turned around at very short notice. The B2K team were amazing, available on the phone 24/7 and always super helpful. This is a high quality operation, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is an impressive service. Given the narrow time-window that applies between testing and traveling and the associated anxiety of receiving the results in time, Better2Know were very efficient in communicating and customer service. Highly recommended.

The service we were given by Better2Know was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient and went 'over and above the call of duty' for us when we really needed it. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone.

I wasn’t able to get a test through the government website, due to lack of capacity, so decided to pay for a test privately. I spent some time looking around at the best supplier and better2know appeared to have one of the best reviews, so I opted to use them. I’m pleased I did. I ordered a home test kit on the Wednesday, it arrived first thing Thursday morning and I had my result by Saturday evening. Would highly recommend to anyone who isn’t able to get a test through the government website, or who needs results before a flight.
