Ordered a day 2 antigen test for return to UK, site said I would receive an email immediately but nothing 6 hours later and no response to repeated attempts to contact. As I am travelling tomorrow have gone elsewhere. Extremely poor, definitely avoid.

I have ordered a covid day 2 and day 8 test! It is now day 5 and I received nothing! I have been trying to get a refund as I ordered through another company, (which I already had the test successfully). It is now day 5, and I have no test and the person responsible, refused to give me my money back after FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT HONOUR!! THAT IS STEALING!! I had to get my bank involved and only then I got my money!

The work company to book day 2 and day 8 test expecially when I've booked a test to release that the result will come after posting out my day 8. Rip off stay away from. Charge £100 for teat to release with result expected in 72 hours and £200 for a test to release result in 24 hours total rip off disgusted of their preying on a vulnerable situation. Guys stay away

This company is a farce and should NOT be on the gov.uk recommended list. I followed their procedures for the Fit to Fly test, to the letter. My sample was delivered by Royal Mail the next day - no issues - it is in the lab's hands now...! I spent the next 3 days calling these utter jokers asking about my results. Got fobbed off by Louise Wright saying they have 48 hours to process the results and that I shouldn't worry. A mere 12 hours before my flight I get told that the lab hasn't acknowledged receipt of my sample and that I should make alternative testing arrangements. Being so close to my flight meant I didn't have enough time to take a new PCR test and would have to try and book another flight in 2 days time. Eventually received my results 24 hours after my original flight took off..... Eventually got a refund after chasing them repeatedly.

Instructions in day 2/8 covid test kit are very confusing and inconsistent, riddled with threats of having to purchase a new kit. This 'product' was clearly rushed to market with very little follow up and quality control. The owners of Better2Know are simply enriching themselves by taking advantage of people forced to do these tests.

Legitimate REVIEW. Don't trust the positive reviews, they're employees. You can even verify it my facebook im a legitimate person. Juan Ramon Santiago. Don't trust this company if you're needing a PCR test for travel. I followed all their protocols STRICTLY. kept following up my results ahead of time, only to learn that THEY LOST my sample. Caused a delay in my flight, all the hassles, cost and damage and they won't refund or respond to you properly. AVOID AT ALL COST. not worth your money. Fraudulent testing center.

Terrible service, avoid when possible. They've sent day 5 test to a wrong address and now they are refusing to do a refund and want me to contact the Royal Mail while Royal Mail clearly states that it should be the sender not the receiver to deal with this. Support representative [name is removed by Better2Know request] just keeps repeating with the same template email no matter what I explain to her about the situation. I've called them already 5 times and it's impossible to get through the bureaucracy there.

I had an awful experience with this company and would never recommend using them. I paid £90 for a test to release expecting the test kit to be delivered on day 5, as stated on their website. Day 5 was a Saturday. I waited until around 4pm and my test still hadn't been delivered. I called them and they said they had posted it but Royal Mail had not delivered it and there was nothing they could do as it's the weekend, so I just had to wait. I was understandably annoyed by this as I was only in the UK for 11 days so I was counting on this test! The call centre hung up on me twice and gave no solution to fix this problem. My test kit arrived in the afternoon of day 7 and even though I posted it back immediately, I did not get my test results until day 9 (1 day before I was legally allowed to stop quarantining anyway). When I called to complain, I requested to speak to a manager. They eventually put me through after telling me no managers were available but the phone just rang out. This happened 3 times. I did not receive any refund and no apology was given. The call centre staff were unhelpful and quite frankly rude. This system was a total rip off and waste of money and the company should not be on the governments approved list in my opinion if they cannot offer the required service.
