They are an amazing company. Giving so many options to get therapy and allowing you to pick your person gives you the control you need to want to get help. I have loved everything about this company, and I am happy to have them be a part of my life.

BetterHelp has been great for me. I actually just stumbled upon it as I was looking for therapy for myself. It was easy to sign up . After answering some questions they match you to a therapist. You are able to message your therapist. I can choose how we meet each week, either by phone, video , or chat. Appointments are simple to make on the app and there are always appointments to fit my schedule. My therapist is amazing. I am really glad I found BetterHelp.

Avoid at all costs, most the therapists are poor and don't have proper training. Pay peanuts get monkies...

I use the written platform, as it gives me time to think in the morning, and then I get my therapist's response later in the day. It's been such a wonderful experience doing therapy with BetterHelp. They also have a great customer service department. If you feel anxious, sad, or unhappy, try BetterHelp. You can do therapy at home in many formats. Life is short. Ask for help. You are not alone.

Working with Christopher Gosa has been a very positive experience for me. Starting therapy was a big step, and from the beginning, he has created an environment where I feel comfortable being open and honest without feeling judged. He doesn’t just listen—he gives me practical tools and different ways to look at situations that I can actually use outside of our sessions. I’ve learned how to slow down, process my thoughts and emotions, replace negative thoughts with healthier ones, and handle difficult situations without immediately reacting out of anger or frustration. I can genuinely see growth in myself since starting therapy. I’m still a work in progress, but I’m learning more about myself, communicating differently, and approaching situations with a clearer mindset. If you’re considering therapy but are nervous or unsure about taking that first step, I would definitely recommend Christopher.
