My counselor has been a God Send. She has helped me so much. I have learned so much about myself from our sessions. She has helped me see things that were hidden to me and confirmed things I knew. I would recommend Bernice to everyone.

During a pandemic, it's hard to afford therapy, especially without insurance. Better Help is affordable and allows you to pay what you can. It has been such a huge help to be able to speak to a professional that knows how to help me through my anxiety, and my journey to recovery. I don't like to think about where I'd be without Better Help and my therapist.

I am so glad I signed up with Betterhelp, especially since I live abroad in a country that does not offer good psychological therapy.

Better help provided me so much advice and helped me gain more knowledge about how to tackle personal issues and made me reevaluate myself.

BetterHelp is truly amazing. It is super easy to use and the convenience of it is great. You can change counselors very easily to insure you are matched with your perfect fit. I highly recommend it if you are ready to invest into your mental health. It’s affordable compared to most, and it is there for you around the clock (meaning you can send your counselor a message at any time).

I needed to switch counselors, not that she wasnt great but I didnt feel like I connected. The one I have is ok as well but still not a great connection. I believe better help could be beneficial for most but so far it's just ok to me
