I use the different flavors of Big Fork Bacon Sausage for different occasions: - My favorites to toss on the grill are the Aged Cheddar and the Hickory & Applewood - Maple and Brown sugar is a fantastic breakfast meat paired with scrambled eggs - I like to cut the Spicy 3-Pepper into discs and add to jambalaya and chili in the wintertime Great stuff all around.

Forgot how great the regular pork jerky is! Smells great, very tender, lean, and tasty. Shirts are also a good fit!

Great service, easy to order and quick turnaround for delivery

So far we have only tried one package of the bacon sausages. We have had the 3 pepper sausages. They pack some heat and not for the faint of heart. They have good flavor and good snap, but a bit to hot for our taste. I have also had some of the summer sausage snack bites. They are very good.

Excellent assembly of a 21 day meal plan using 5 different flavors of products. Love it!
