I purchased a book for my environmental…
I purchased a book for my environmental science class. It never mentioned it was a e-book. So instead of getting the paperback book, I got a access card to a book online. I feel ripped off, and I feel scammed.

Hi Jeremy, I'm sorry that you didn't receive what you were expecting, the title of the item you ordered is "Connect Access Card for Environmental Science". Fast Process
Process, shipping and delivery was great. I would recommend. A few pages were bent and one had to be repaired. I was a little puzzled, ordered through BiggerBooks but delivered in eCampus.com envelope. (???)
