BigRentzReviews of bigrentz.com

Nice equipment is rented, easy set up over internet. No issues with extending or cutting time rental. Good prices for rentals and delivery and pick up fees are reasonable. If I ever need to rent large construction equipment again, I will definitely go to BIGRENTZ first.

I was easy to reserve the fork lift I needed on short notice. It was delivered on time. the work was done. and it was totally simple. Thank you

We did encounter a one day delivery delay (by a local provider.) I called BigRentz & told them the machine hadn't arrived. The looked into it called me back with updated info & sent and updated contract reflecting the new dates. My experience was good

The entire process from start to finish was easy breezy & the equipment was in great shape. The forklift we rented was scheduled to be rented by another party the day our contract ended. Unfortunately, we didn't tell BigRentz that until the last minute. Nonetheless, the guys at BigRentz were able extend our contract and save the day.

The sales rep did not properly order what we needed. I explicitly told her the previous order number and requested the same equipment. They delivered the wrong scissor lift... and now they want me to pay for delivery to pick up the scissor lifts, and pay for the new delivery of the right scissor lifts. I had no choice and did it, but sent the wrong equipment again! The delivery fee far exceeded the cost of the scissor lift. I was extremely fed up and told them to take everything but now I have to pay more for their own mistakes. Do not use. Support local business and avoid them like a plague

Equipment delivered as promised and on time, in perfect working condition

The company uses very deceptive practices. I called to rent a boom the middle of Feb to have a boom delivered to Snowflake AZ. I paid nearly $1000 to rent it for the day so I asked very specific questions about what time it would be delivered and what time it would be picked up. I pressed further to ask whether I had 24 hours to use the equipment of which they said yes so long as I returned it or had it available to pick up the same time they delivered it the following day. I used it for the day and had it available before the time that they had dropped it off the day earlier. They took 2 1/2 days actually to pick it up. A few days later I get a bill for another $218 saying that they charged five hours of overtime. I called customer service and accounts receivables and Victoria told me that she would review the tape to see what was said during the rental agreement. They did say that if I wanted to extend that I needed to call them to extend for additional hours. I never called them to extend and I had it available to pick up within 24 hours after they dropped it off. They never got back to me, of course. Not worth your time go to somebody that’s honest.

SOLUTLY THE WORST RENTAL EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sent me a 30’ electric boom lift with a battery that lasted less than 30 minutes. The unit was smoking from the engine compartment and making popping and knocking noises. It did not feel safe to operate, so I refused to use it. Despite delivering unsafe equipment, they would not credit any of the rental fees. If you want reliable equipment and professional service, go somewhere else.
