Contacted with them ,said they gonna refund, and it will be some few days and at the beggining they messaged with me, but now they ignore my messages and, still at 17.01.2025. havent heard anything and havent recived my refund. Reading other users seems like this website is starting to do something weird...... Update: Got new message from billabook and they have refunded the money, but experience wasnt greatest, thank you anyways

Dear Madz. Thank you for your feedback. Your refund was processed immediately, as confirmed in the cancellation email. While refunds typically clear within 5-10 business days, they may take longer for banks outside the U.S., depending on their processing times. If needed, our team can provide the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to help you track your refund. We're here for you.

Booked a reservation - no problems - but when I canceled before the deadline 9/19/2024, the wrong amount was credited to my credit card account. I let them know about it and they immediately reversed the wrong refund but never refunded me anything after that. April asked me to be patient that the accounting department was going to fix it and refund me, she also indicated that money was refunded to my bank account, but I told her that it was impossible because they did not have my bank account information. I sent them proof of all my credit card statements to show them that I never got the refund, but the only thing I got was be patient, the accounting department will fix this - as of today, since Sept 17 to now I have not received the $839.00 for a room that I canceled on time. April Stopped answering my emails by the end of December. I tried to get the refund through the credit card first but was ruled in Billabook favor because they said I canceled after the deadline and my emails showing my date of cancellation were not accepted they needed a cancelation # (credit card rules) the credit card told me to send another dispute again after I got the hotel to send me proof of my timely cancellation. April told me not to dispute again, to cancel the dispute and that I will get my money back. So I did not sent the second dispute. Just waited. When I did not get anything, I tried to dispute through the credit card again but I was too late. I waited to long on the promises that my refund was coming soon. I have asked April to give me a phone # or the supervisor to call me to clear things up. I gave them my phone # for them to call me if they did not want for me to reach out, but I also never got the any calls nor a number to call. There is no way of getting in contact with them -other through email and they no longer respond. I had several reservations and they keep mixing other reservations I had making it confusing. Bottom line, regarding solely on the reservation in question, it was canceled on time - now i have the hotel confirmation to back it up- and no money was refunded and i have proof that too. Their accounting department can say anything to hide the fact they committed a big mistake and they won’t back down, but my experience as an auditor at KPMG and currently as a CFO in a company tells me that if something goes out of the normal process - they are incapable of resolving a problem. I just cannot believe that a company and employees will act with such dishonesty.

Hi Tatiana, Thank you for your feedback. We truly value you as a customer, and we appreciate the trust you've placed in us with your past bookings, as well as the positive 5-star review you previously shared. Regarding the refund for the reservation in question, our records show that the refund was processed on September 3. You can find the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) in the "Manage Booking" section of your account, or we can provide it to you directly via email. The second payment was disputed for a reservation that was used, and as such, the credit card company ruled in our favor. We remain committed to assisting you and resolving any concerns you may have. If you need further clarification, please reach out to us— we're here to help.
