Their patience showed professionalism
I made an inquiry a while back and was contacted immediately by a very nice and knowledgeable Birch Gold employee who answered all my questions. Shortly thereafter my circumstances changed and I had to put investing with Birch on hold. I asked them to contact me at a later date (couple months) and they did just that. No pesky phone calls in the interim, just professional silence, while I handled what needed to be done. Very grateful for their professionalism and for not inundating me with follow up calls during a very bad time. Still sorting things out, but looking forward to working closely with the good folks at Birch Gold.

Buying precious metals made easy!
I have made four precious metals purchases from Birch Gold Group over the past 2+ years. I am not one of their largest customers by any measure, but they treat me like one. They are very helpful and explain the purchase process to make buying precious metals easy. Especially when it is your first time buying gold or silver.

I have dealt with Birch Gold several years ago to purchase gold bullion. Gordan Hummel treated me well and was patient with all my questions. The staff that handled my transaction was courteous and professional. I always remember these things and that is why I went to Birch Gold for this purchase. Everything was the same.
