Frustrated
I have been dealing with birch gold for a few years now . I was frustrated with the people I had spoke with until James had stepped in to explain. Thank you James for helping me out

Birch Gold started off strong but…
Birch Gold was very helpful in assisting me to diversify my savings into gold and silver in April of 2023. In January of 2024, I checked on my investment and discovered that I had lost quite a large sum of money. I reached out to a Birch Gold contact I had worked with last year and am still waiting for a reply. I need to understand why my investment has dropped by almost 40%. This is the reason why my review is so low.

Educate yourself
Updated review: my initial review was very negative and that was probably unfair to Birch Gold. Since I have purchased gold in late 2020, the market has went crazy and I have lost almost half of my original investment. I suppose my point to this review is, ask a ton of questions! Gold and silver is very complex. I put $150,000 into a gold and silver account to help protect against what I knew was going to be a tumultuous economy. Because of market fluctuations, my account is now worth only $86,000 or so. I honestly never even thought that was possible with gold and silver. That’s my point. I bought the gold and silver to protect against a terrible economy but the opposite happened. UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN! I didn’t and now I am stuck waiting for it to recover when I want to move it into some other investments that have a better growing potential.

Hi David, We appreciate your integrity and updating your review. Like many people, we believe in precious metals for the sake of diversification. The idea is when one asset goes down, the other goes up. In your case, at this time, unfortunately precious metals are down. But there are circumstances where precious metals could do quite well for you. For example, following the 2008 crash, gold doubled in value and silver tripled.
