I had a very positive experience with BitcoinIRA overall. The platform was easy to use, and I appreciated the innovative approach to retirement investing. When I decided to close my account, I encountered a few issues, but Nancy in customer service was amazing! She went above and beyond, following up to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Her professionalism and dedication turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience. Thanks to her, my impression of BitcoinIRA remains very positive. Highly recommend!

Brandon Lozano was extremely effective in helping me to follow up and understand the status of a withdrawal. He explained the exact steps of the process and what was needed to make sure each step was completed. I appreciate that Brandon also set clear expectations on when my assets would be delivered.

I have been a customer of BitcoinIRA since 2020 and my experience in working with everyone there has been nothing short of exceptional. Previous to working with BitcoinIRA, I was with another provider who offered terrible customer service, so I moved over to BitcoinIRA. Their communications and customer service surrounding every step of the process has been completely clear and supported by their customer service team. Diego was my original contact and he always took great care of me. More recently I have been working with Maribel, who besides being such a caring and friendly person, is very knowledgeable about every possible scenario you might ask about with your Bitcoin IRA set-up, maintanence, security and distribution. If you are looking to open up a new retirement account to hold your crypto assets, BitcoinIRA is #1 in my book!
