Ordered product on the 9th of Nov. Got it today, the 25th of Nov! It took over 1/2 a month sending 1 tube of high temp caulking!🤬 Packaging looked great on outside. When I opened package, the end of tube had flipped sideways somehow, drying out the product!😡😡 I want my money back!!!

Dear Jeff, It is unfortunate that your experience with Blazzing Fire was less than stellar. At times, we fall victim to the freight companies we use and it appears this time was one of them. Although we shipped your item on the 10th of November, the USPS seems to have sent it by carrier pigeon. All kidding aside, we are unable to explain what caused the package to take 14 days to travel from IL to OK. We apologize for their lack of communication and expediency with your package. To compound the problem, the item arrived damaged and for that we are truly sorry. However, as of this morning, it appears that you were in contact with our customer service and were able to resolve your concerns at that time. Easy buying experience. They matched the price from another store without question and my fireplace arrived in few days and was well packaged.

Ordered 7 days ago. Was notified that item was in stock and would ship within 1-2 business days and would receive shipping notification as well as tracking info. To date, I have received nothing. Update: Company contacted me same day this review was posted and provided tracking info. Unfortunately, the package sent via USPS was lost. A replacement sent through UPS finally arrived on December 2, 2023. Order was originally placed on Novemeber 12, 2023.

Jonathan, First, thank you for your order. We are sorry that you did not receive a tracking email. We do show that one was sent on 11/14/2023. Your item was shipped via USPS on that day. Upon tracking the item, the USPS indicates that delivery was expected today. Delivery information is attached to your order in our system. If you log in to your account and click on the order, you will be able to see the USPS tracking number that was added on 11/14 and it is also a link to the tracking site for the USPS.
