Great customer service
Great customer service. A little disappointed that the stove is back ordered, but really appreciate the 15% discount because of it.

Customer service was top notch and…
Customer service was top notch and Melanie was a sweet heart and more than helpful. I recently purchased a gas log set that was slightly too big for my box. Melanie was able to directly send me a link for the correct log site and she was able to send me a return label for the wrong set. Fed Ex even came to my door to pick them up. Highly recommend ordering from this company. Thank you Melanie!

Great products and customer service
We bought two gas log sets. One was out of stock and customer service contacted us immediately and we were able to pick an alternate set which we liked just as well. Both sets, one vented and one vent free, were easy to install and look great. Overall very happy with the products and great customer service!
