Log arrived broken and order stated all included with burners and all inclusive package but they only sent logs for the amount of $265 dollars which was very deceiving ! The online image and description shows all inclusive ! Very DISAPPOINTED

Dear customer, The damage to the one log in your set is regrettable. Although we ship thousands of these logs over the course of the year, there are times that we just cannot avoid minor freight damage. We will certainly replace the damaged piece as you had just contacted us this morning about the problem. Regarding the complete set, we have attempted to make it very clear that the item was the logs only. In fact, we placed that information in the title of the product to show exactly what was being offered. "Real Fyre Rugged Oak 30-in Gas Logs Only". https://www.blazzingfire.com/Real-Fyre-Rugged-Oak-30-in-Gas-Logs-Only-p/rro-30.htm This information was also included in the confirmation emails that were sent to the MSN email account provided at the time of the order. If there is anything more we could have done to make this clear, please do not hesitate in letting us know. We would be happy to take it under advisement. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team
