I contacted Bodybuilding.com with an issue I had regarding a recent purchase. In less than 24 hours a customer service rep (Millie) responded. She was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Immediately my issue was rectified beyond my expectation. This was the first time I use Bodybuilding.com, and I will say it will not be the last. Short story. One item in my order got missed during shipping I promptly use costumer service and the service was A+ Fast email telling me about the the shipping of a new product, no charge. This is service less than 24hrs.

Ordered 300+ dollars of product. Tracking code never worked. Submitted a ticket. Kept being reassured it is on its way. Months go by. Eventually they tell me it didn't pass customs and that they were going to reship. I requested to have it sent to a new address since I'm not going to be here much longer. They agreed. Another month goes by and I see that it says they attempted to deliver it to the post office for some reason and nobody was there so they didn't deliver it. I submit another ticket. They tell me to call the post office and that they sent it to the old address and not the new one. Out 300+ dollars and not going to receive my product and company is not going to do anything about it. Crooks.

For my return, the customer service, response time, and outcome were all great! I have ordered from the site 50+ times and every product has been great. This is the first time I had to return a product, and Katrina made the process extremely easy. Thank you!

Had an issue that I made Bodybuilding aware of and within 2 hours they had contacted me, gotten a bit more info, and refunded me for the issue. Customer service is top notch and the reason I will definitely continue ordering my supps from them.
