Well designed, but very impersonal program
There are things I like about the program. The trainings are well done and presented. The schedule is consistent and well managed. Communication is prompt and professional. Well designed program for someone who wants to do all the work themselves with little to no personal guidance or interaction from someone who actually gets to know you. When I was contacted about the program after requesting a free copy or Fabienne's book I didn't realize that the people I was interacting with were merely sales people and that once I signed up I wouldn't see them again. Which meant that all the information about my business and myself I gave them would have to be shared again if I wanted to create any kind of a relationship with the moderators of the Q&A sessions, the Pod moderator, and an accountability Partner (if I could find one). There is a difference between relying on personal responsibility and impersonal and to me the Braveheart Program is amazingly impersonal. They only care about if you show up to your monthly Pod sessions but that is only so that you don't inconvience the other members by not being there, not because they actually care about you. As long as they get your money each month they don't care have any other interest in you as a person. It is like one of those college classes with 500 people, the professor doesn't know or care to know any of the students personally. The TA's run the review sessions, do all the grading, you take your tests online, and the professor just shows up to lecture each week. So if you are completely self motivated, have the time to put yourself through the training program, show up weekly for the Q&As, and monthly for the Pods without any encouragement or followup from anyone at Braveheart. Then this is the business coaching (not that there is much in the way of personal coaching) for you.

We appreciate your thoughts, Elizabeth. As with some coaching programs of our size and experience, initial conversations are held with team members who are trained to help guide you based on the size and goals of your business. That information is then shared with members of the team who orient, support, guide, and dig deeper into your goals after enrollment. It would not best serve our members to have a single person responsible for every need. Rather, the advantage of Boldheart’s structure is that you have a proven program of both individual attention and a broader coaching and entrepreneurial community that 1:1 programs cannot offer. Boldheart is an implementation incubator, which means we partner training with action. With much love, success in this program, where growth and community are tied together, requires that you show up to do the work, prepare, engage, and participate. Missing your quarterly live activator meetings, weekly Q&A sessions, implementation sessions, and inconsistent attendance at the Mastermind pods, have been a personal choice. That choice limits our ability to form a deeper connection with you and to support the goals you identified at the start. Please know that we absolutely do care about you as an entrepreneur and unique individual. We hope to engage with you and support your goals in the remaining months of the program at meetings and through [email protected]. We are happy to help you make connections with an Accountability Buddy, other pod members, the Boldheart community, and, ultimately, your future success. We look forward to seeing you!
