Book Marketeers are good in the timeline and progress they make, but could communicate better. I have been happy with the product as a whole, but kept in the dark for much of each week without hearing anything for days at a time. Daily updates would greatly improve this.

I was nervous about trusting my vision with a company at first. I had been scammed before but I was reassured with good evidence that this was a trustworthy company. They have been prompt and respectful to my wishes. And they communicate in a timely and understandable manner. With good pricing as well. I had shared my vision for my cover art with them and after a few phone calls and a more descripted detail. I was given a beautiful cover. You have to be as clear and descriptive as you can and example pictures help a lot. I can't wait to see my book with its beautiful cover in my hands for real. Thank you guys so much.

I initially had a few hiccups with getting my editing started due to the format I had the book in, but once I got past that, Eminey Gullmaz did a great job editing my manuscript

My main facilitator was a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me consistently and thoroughly through all the blimps in the publishing process. In the beginning while creating the contract with my initial communicator, I was told the book would be published and all contract items would be completed in a specific time. It took several weeks longer than I had expected. Although the process was lengthy, it was a good learning experience.
