What made my experience great was the staffing of: David Alonzo, Marc Spector, Richard Brown, and Chloe Cooper. This isn't my first rodeo ride with Book Marketeers-they published my first novel, Pieces. When I went back for my second novel to be published, not only did they help me, but kept in touch with my progress, especially on my third novel. I highly recommend that if you're a new author, consider this wonderful place. I plan to stay here for all of my novels. Oh, and by the way, my first novel won and placed as a finalist in six book writing contests, thanks to this wonderful publishing house!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First-Time Author? Book Marketeers Just Made My Dream a Reality!
Verified Purchase Experience – Published November 2025
I still can't believe it: my very first manuscript is now live on Amazon KDP, complete with a polished cover, error-free interior, and even early reader buzz. As a complete newbie who had zero clue how to format for Kindle, upload proofs, or navigate ISBNs, I was drowning in overwhelm—until I handed the reins to Book Marketeers.
Here’s the play-by-play of why they earned every single star:
✅ Lightning-Fast, White-Glove Editing
My raw draft came back transformed. Typos? Gone. Pacing? Tightened. Dialogue? Punchy. They flagged every plot hole I missed and suggested fixes that made the story sing. Turnaround: 10 days for developmental + copy edit.
✅ KDP Upload Wizards
Jack (shout-out!) walked me through the entire dashboard step-by-step via Zoom. Keywords, categories, A+ content, pricing strategy—he optimized everything for discoverability. My book hit #1 New Release in its micro-niche within 48 hours of launch.
✅ Cover That Stops Scroll-Thumb
Sent them three blurry Pinterest inspo pics; received three professional mock-ups the same day. We tweaked fonts twice and—boom—cover that looks Big-5.
✅ Human Support That Actually Answers
I fired off 27 panicked emails (yes, I counted). Every single one answered within 2 hours, often with a 30-second Loom video showing exactly what to click. Jack, Derick, and the team treated my $12 royalty dream like a million-dollar launch.
✅ Zero Upsell Pressure
They laid out tiered packages upfront. I chose the “Launch Lite” bundle and never felt nickel-and-dimed. Bonus: they tossed in a free Amazon Ads credit tutorial.
Bottom line: If you’re a first-timer terrified of the KDP maze, Book Marketeers is your GPS, editor, designer, and cheerleader rolled into one. My only regret? Not finding them sooner.
Ready to hit “Publish” without the panic? DM them today and tell Jack I sent you—he’ll hook you up with the same red-carpet treatment.
P.S. My book? Search “Cozy Mystery Cabin” on Amazon—leave a review if you grab a copy! 📚✨

To First-Time Authors: Hold Off on Reviews and Do Your Homework
I’m writing this as a caution to anyone publishing their first book through Book Marketeers or similar agencies. My biggest piece of advice? Hold off on leaving a review until at least six months after your book is published.
I made the mistake of leaving a very positive review early in the process, when everything felt exciting and promising. At that point, Daniel had been helpful, and things seemed to be moving smoothly. But I didn’t know what was coming next—and that’s exactly the problem. You're encouraged to post a glowing review while you're still in the early stages, before you've seen any real results. I left mine unknowingly, and I’m now in the process of trying to remove it.
After my book was published, things took a turn. I began receiving multiple “opportunities”—claims that bookstores were interested in stocking my book or that there were media interviews available. But every one of these came with a catch: I had to pay. Whether it was funding my own book purchases or covering fees for exposure, it all added up—and led nowhere.
It felt like I was constantly being asked to spend more, with little to no return. I realized I was paying for the illusion of success, not results. In the end, I felt misled and disappointed. I was sold a dream that didn’t deliver.
If you're new to publishing, please consider doing it yourself through Amazon KDP. Use tools like ChatGPT to assist with formatting, editing, and marketing—there are so many free resources out there that can save you money and stress.
Had I known all this from the start, I never would’ve gone through this agency. They took a significant amount from me financially, and it’s a mistake I don’t want others to repeat. Lesson learned.

Jennifer Bloom was the project manager …
Jennifer Bloom was the project manager for my first book publishing experience and she was professional and polite. For a first timer, the process was a little bit intimidating. And, I did have many anxious moments as we exchanged messages through several revisions. Jennifer patiently guided me to the finish. This may not be the best route for more experienced writers but it worked for me.

Stella Quinn has been coordinating my screen play project with Bookmarketeers…
Stella Quinn has been coordinating my current project with Bookmarketeers. Bookmarketeers is writing a screen play from one of my books. I am impressed with Stella Quinn's professional communication. She has been very helpful. Her communication with me has been consistent and she responds to my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Stella. She makes me feel secure that my project will be handled professionally and completed well. When we talk over the phone, Stella presents as a very caring and pleasant person. I enjoy communicating with her. I know that I can count on her to follow through with my book publishing and screen play writing projects.

Jennifer Bloom Is an Outstanding Team Leader!
Jennifer Bloom was my main contact person, and she facilitated the typesetting and publishing of my book, which is my first poetry collection, and it is mostly in Classical Arabic (with an introduction and an appendix in English). I couldn't possibly have hoped for a better team leader. She was extremely patient, understanding, accommodating, and professional. Because of her, my book will be produced in a perfect form. I am very grateful to her.
