Books2Cash.netReviews of booktocash.com

I sent one book with quote $10.50, but when they received the book, status of order shows quote $0 with no explanation. Avoid this company to sell your books. Couple positive feedback here is from their relatives I believe. Lol.

Terrible. Look for a different company. No communication. Never paid on 3 orders. I should’ve look for reviews prior-research shows that many people have to complain to the state AG to finally get paid. AI bot worthless. I work with over 10 different buyback companies and they all pay NOT Booktocash.com. Plus most other companies pay better for the same book anyway.

No response to inquiries after month-long delay of payment for books accepted over multiple buyback orders. I have had to write to them on nearly every order to be paid. Cannot recommend using BookstoCash.

This company will ignore any emails regarding missing payment and everything else. You can only reach an ai bot chat on their site which is odd being that literally on their page they claim to have live human support. I have been told for days now that an order who's tracking shows delivered over a week ago still says not received on my order page with a direct link to the tracking info that says delivered still no payment. I know Im probably one of a couple thousand people this has happened to. It may be time for litigation.

These guys are unresponsive and unreliable. I have a buyback from several months ago I was never paid for. They are listed as received and awaiting payment. I still haven't been paid. I have a coworker who has at least 5 orders not paid either. This company has absolutely zero customer support. They don't respond to emails or have chat support or anything.

Do not sell your books to this company. I sent two packages out to Booktocash in mid July. But were accepted, and I received emails saying they were being processed, but I was never paid. It has been several weeks. I tried following up through email multiple times. No response. I tried their website, which is just an AI bot that says they would "email me within 24 hours." No response. I tried to DM through instagram multiple times. No response. I work in education and will be advising my outgoing seniors to not sell their books through this company.

Was quoted $12.46, shipped two days later, paid just $3.98 over two weeks later. No explanation, even after contacting them. Strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Don't use this site or company! There are so many others that are reliable. This one is not! I sold them books and they never paid me, will not communicate after multiple attempts.
