This company is VERY slow in processing…
This company is VERY slow in processing buyback payments. I have to contact them nearly every time requesting payment after waiting a month.

It was alright
It was alright. Weird that I had to email them that I never got my payment weeks later in order to finally get my payment but once I sent the email, it got to me pretty fast so I'll give it that.

You're right that you shouldn't have had to email us to get paid — that's on us, not you. Payment should reach you without a reminder, and we've been tightening how we catch and clear delayed payouts so this stops happening. Thank you for the fair rating, and sorry it took a nudge to get there.
