At BOOMERANG TAGS, for pets that come back, our mission is to provide Pet Owners with ID Tags that allow the finder of their lost pet to contact them years after the tag is purchased. But don't take my word for it, read the reviews and buy with confidence. We have been protecting Pets with Quality Tags since 1975. We have stood "the test of time" because we provide tags the text does not wear off of. 💡 A Pet ID Tag your contact information quickly wears off of is not only a waste of money— it could end up costing you your pet... CollarTags™In 1998 I invented CollarTags™. If you read through the reviews, you will discover many pet owners are zealots for this Pet Identification Method. Why? Because a CollarTag™ will always be there with contact information the finder of you lost pet can read. We guarantee our CollarTags to last the life of the pet they are purchased for, and they do.We also offer CollarTags in combination with collars.E-Z Plastic ID TagsOur E-Z Read Plastic Tags are excellent! They can be engraved front and back and don't make any noise. When people order one of our tags off a point of purchase displays, where they can see our plastictags next to traditional stainless steel hanging tags, they chose our plastic tags over stainless 3 to 1. Youcan find many reviews placed by customers who use and swear by our plastic tags. What dothey say? "The plastic ones last forever." "The double-sided plastic tags are ideal - lots of space, plusunlike metal tags, they don't wear down from contact with other tags."

I have been a customer for well over 10 years. The online ordering is simple and easy to navigate. Boomerang completes the custom order and ships within days. They keep me informed so I know when to look for the orders arrival. The workmanship is always perfect. I constantly recommend Boomerang to students and customers because I can trust in both the product and service.

I have many Boomerang Tags. Not only on my dog collars, but backpacks and outdoor gear with straps. I don't want a hanging tag to snag my dogs collar while we are out. And these things are tough, well made, and don't wear down. I use the collar tags

It has been three weeks and I have yet to receive my order from this company. After two weeks, I let them know I did not receive my order, and they claimed my order was shipped out and should arrive within a couple days. Only after I raised the alarm did I get a confirmation email saying my order had shipped. When I pointed this out, they insisted that that confirmation email was incorrect and they actually already sent it out. They say that the packages are sent out via first class mail, and that’s why there is no tracking information. Apparently it is obviously cheaper for them to send out a replacement item than pay $1.50 for tracking information. I am a small business owner who shipped out packages so I understand that. However I don’t like lying. I have informed delivery so even when first class letters come, I am notified when anything is coming to my address. I have yet to receive notification that this package is on its way. Three weeks. Doesn’t make sense it’s a dog tag. I am hoping to get my money back and will order from another company. I only ordered from them to get the tags fast.

Bottom line first: A complete refund of your purchase price will be issued right after I click send on this response to your review. Your order mailed on 02/18 via USPS First Class Mail, 15 business days ago today. ALL orders are filled and mailed within 24 hours of them being placed Monday thru Friday, we have zero control over the level of service a given mail piece receives in the hands of the USPS. It is our policy to refill any order that fails to arrive within 12 business days of the send date free of charge. I am not a liar and I did not lie to you. I believe it is likely your order will arrive and when it does you will see that the meter date was 02/18/2025, the meter only works if the date is set correctly. Sincerely, Don

As soon as we got our new puppies I knew I would be ordering from Boomerang. The tags we had for our other dogs lasted for years (several) with out much wear and tear at all. A great product that lasts and a great value. It was a quick turn around for the order, which I really love. Especially for custom engraved items.
