I thought this was going to be a good system. It was easy enough to operate, but now I am finding all kinds of problems. Number one problem I have is Customer Service is difficult to understand and not patient and rude and in turn it is making me not patient and rude. Too many things I cannot adjust to make work for me and too many things I need that the system cannot accommodate. Very Disappointed 3.5 months in.

I’ve been using Bottle POS for the past few months. The software itself is user-friendly, but I’m having ongoing issues with processing fees and the deposits going into my account are not what I originally agreed to. I’ve contacted the credit card processing department several times, but I still haven’t received a clear resolution. Unfortunately, the support staff has been rude and unable to properly explain or address the issues. I recommend that all business owners closely monitor their accounts and statements.

Pretty impressed with their POS, and customer support is top notch when you need to make any changes, learn anything, or get things imported

Peyton was by far the best customer service rep I dealt with at bottle pos. If you’re lucky enough to have him, you’re in good hands. I can’t honestly say that for everyone esp after 5pm. Peyton is 11 stars out of 10

Yes it's a good company

Fixing one issue just causes another. The system doesn't sync well with my phone-really frustrating.
