Amazing quality! But, some product deliver with delay.

I realy like this bag and i still use it, but often its a little bit to small.

Absolutely love the backpack, however it took forever to come and when I asked about it the customer service was always sketchy and inconsistent other than being prepared to wait the backpack is great.

Perfect if there is a zipper on the front but generally satisfied

Great product! But bad shipping Product is great in design and durability. Looking forward to using it for years. However, it really toke a long time for the company to ship the bag.

Could have been a little more clear about expected ship date. Delays are to be expected but initial confirmation did not give too much of a hint about when to expect product. Otherwise, bag itself totally is everything I wanted out of an everyday work bag that can fit any work attire.

It is a tough, good looking bag...my biggest complaint is if I carry my laptop,small notebook, iPad, and camera gear insert, their is no room for anything else. Everything is tight.

I loved the arclight sling bag. From its simple yet efficient design, to the material and craftsmanship, and the price I believe was fair. The product is a 10/10. The only issue I had was with the transparency of communication I and others from what I heard had. Product did arrive months late from its original date and for most time I was in the dark, although I did get responses although sometimes vague on the process of the product. Overall it is a excellent product but do be prepared of a unknown waiting period for it to arrive.
